Interesting. Since the economy hasn't started tanking yet, this MAX problem might be a good excuse for mergers.

And like 97% of my merger related posts, this will still lead to a Ual/ JetBlue merger

. Southwest just wants to start the process to get outbid, but get real estate and some 737s from the Ual side.

Done deal.

Can AS and B6 merge? We're both blue and white. We're on opposite ends of the coast for big bases. And we'd still be the 5th largest airline.
