Weak defense bro.
And from sexual harassment to sexual assault is a very small step.
Yes the lawsuit has merit especially if they can prove that they were singled out for “you’re no longer one of us” treatment in order to protect the “good ol boys” network.
Are you even living on the same planet as most of us? Please explain how this was sexual harassment. The video was made months before she even saw it on his company Ipad. It showed only his face and upper torso and most of all it had nothing to do with sex or harassment.
She has lied that it was streaming, she is still lying today that it was streamed, (if you have been in the forward lav of a 737 you would know there is no place to hide even the tiniest camera that wouldn't be glaringly apparent), she lied that the pilots could not leave the airplane and she spread false SSI information about the FFDO program.
This happened over 2 years ago and was thoroughly reviewed by management. They had full access to the pilots Ipad and all were made aware that there was no streaming. That it was obviously a pre recorded video that was made months before and that the pilot had pulled this same joke on a number of occasions.
Please stop your self righteous indignation as you tarnish those who have actually been sexually harassed and then through your warped mind say a joke video that had nothing to do with the flight attendant leads to sexual assault.
Plus please tell us more about the good old boy network as most the people in HR at Southwest are either women and/or gay. That would have no problem throwing a cis white male under the bus at any signs of impropriety.
