Vicki for SWA; don’t use anyone else. Also, she charges by the hour, so if you’ve already signed up with Emerald Coast and comfortable with answering HR questions you can focus on the SWA stuff and save yourself about $500 at the same time.

I worked with Vicki Ross earlier this year and got hired.

I've worked with several application review and interview prep firms over the last few years. I'd say that if you're targeting Southwest, go with Vicki.

I also worked with Vicki and she is a great example of Southwest culture and service. 5 out of 5 stars. I haven’t used the other services so I can’t compare but I was very happy with her services.
