I got an automated decline email prior to any interview steps and I wanted to add to the info for all looking at NJA.

Any idea why you got the rejection? Did you meet all of the other minimum times?

And did you submit the app after the mins were lowered to 1500 hrs? If not that would be an auto rejection.

I had to go back under a new profile to submit my application a second time after the minimums were lowered because I was too enthusiastic and submitted early. First time I got the automated TBNT and now I’ve at least made it into the first round of interviews.

I meet all of the requirements, close to all of the old minimums. I applied as soon as the rumor hit via my NJA pilot friend. Auto decline response within a few days.

Deleted my account and reapplied after Feb 1, but before the job posting showed the new numbers. It took a couple weeks before I received the same email:“Thank you for your recent application for First Officer (NJUS) (222). After further review we have determined that your qualifications are not the correct match for our current opening.”

I applied with 5200TT, 3600PIC, 4700Multi-turbine. Got the automated TBNT email yesterday. Maybe I’m TOO qualified.
