The Winners And Losers Of Heathrow's Slot Allocations - Simple Flying
Yes, but there is still some horse trading going on. What I have heard is there are short term LHR slots some airlines don’t want for 2021 (and maybe into 2022?) that B6 can have or use on a short term basis, but that B6 is working to tie those to longer term solutions. I would say that nothing with regard to JetBlue and LHR/LGW/STN is final until jetblue announces it, or, perhaps more accurately, actually flies it, regardless of official slot allocations thus far. And I would also bet more LGW slots will come available in the next 6 months, and I think B6 would take those before trying STN. B6 leadership seems fairly optimistic that LHR will happen though. Guess we will see soon enough.

Edit: I see the post was originally about remedy slots. Not sure if those were part of the slot allocations discussed in your linked article or separate.

A little concern with our future with American.
I mean it sounds good and all but one has to ask.
Will this means that 2-3 years down the road our future growth to European destinations will basically be forfeited?
Does having this agreement means, we fly domestically and American picks up the wide-body flying out of NY and BOS to Europe?
I would like to see in writing that our future LRs and XLRs arent leased to anyone, especially not to AAL, hoping we don't give our Europe expansion just to fly more flights out of LGA...

American and Jetblue have capacity targets they must meet each year or they must forfeit more slots. JetBlue’s transatlantic plans are excluded from those targets.

If you read the document from the DOT, I’m not sure what the definition of “transatlantic capacity” is for Jetblue especially when the XLR gets introduced several years from now. This agreement might not be around by then anyway. London is safe though. On the other hand, AA announced JFK-ATH and TLV. Obviously that’s not something Jetblue is capable of doing today or in the near future.

Heathrow, but not these places. I guess if it doesn’t work domestically go long haul. In the long run the hybrid business model doesn’t work.

And here's head-chili back proving he does in fact have trowserchili in his head. It's a pandemic mam, purchase patterns have changed and some destinations work better than others right now.

He has a long history of saying negative things about JB. I think JB must have turned him down, as he clearly has an axe to grind. His other Frontier mates don't seem to fixate on JB, so he clearly has issues. And he has trowserchili in his head. So there's that.

That must really stink ... and agreed, I’ve never noticed anyone else from Frontier aside from that name that likes to go on other forums and stir the pot.
