I disagree with you on most things you post about COVID. I haven't blocked you. If you knew me, you'd laugh at your own statement as I generally like a spirited discussion. Just curious. A couple of people saying CA is EVERYTHING open with masks. How come the website showing business restrictions and websites saying they hope to be open by June 15? Am I missing something?

Positivity rate has never held any value. When the denominator is completely voluntary and can fluctuate wildly, the resulting percentage is meaningless. The only thing that matters is hospital capacity, or at least it did a year ago when we were promised this would be a two week deal.
