ok respectfully, this airline has been here for over 90 years and is a local airline, therefore many of the pilots are from here and live in every corner of Oahu and on all the major islands, all others commute. You'd have to pick the area of the island that suites you and your family. Considerations are, drive time to the airport, town, country, surf, schools, etc.
All 4 sims types are here in Hawaii.

This. We got guys living on Kauai all the way to Hilo, north shore all the way to Hawaii Kai, etc etc.

Ya and I believe there’s a decent amount of mainland west coast commuters at HA as well.seems to be a lot of guys and gals then west to the mainland regionals then ended up sticking around there.
