QOL wise not worth sticking around for and giving up seniority elsewhere. Going to attract a lot more DEC’s from Mesa and other bad regionals, and attract a lot of FO’s in the short term. Smart strategy to suck up all the regional talent they can and not have to park planes.

Does anyone have the new Captain Payscale?

From the ad on their website Year 1 is $146/hr. I think year 2 is $150/hr. I'm sure a PSA pilot here has all the numbers but I think it's just a very gradual increase with years of service.
