No they didnt. I got an email on Tuesday afternoon congratulating me and on Wednesday the onboarding docs starting showing up in my email. I don’t think they could tell you even if they wanted to. Would open them up to potential liability.

Also given review board
I interviewed on May 11th. Interview went great I think the two captains loved me but I was sent to review board as well. It’s been while and I reached out to recruitment and they apologized for the long wait and told me I should hear back within another 30 days which will be end of this month.

What are my odds If any of you know something. It would suck to wait 2 months just to be let down.

Thanks 🙏

Does AA weigh the personality assessment (and other parts) as heavily as DAL and UAL?

Not 100% sure but I've heard the board only meets 1-2 times per month. Any reason you went to the review board? Usually that's the case if something was missing, incorrect, or the interview didn't go well. Hope you get a CJO!

Looks like class at the end of July. So about 7 weeks from first contact by AA to class.

Has anyone *only* utilized aviationinterviews.com for their AA in person interview? Trying to see if I should drop $500 for Judy Tarver. Is there that much of an advantage?

Depends on if you are polished up from other interviews recently. If you are rusty, Judy's team are good with interviews/answers as well as the AA specifics, that's their specialty. If you've interviewed with the other Legacies / Cargo you will be ok. AA brings in people that they want to hire, they just want to meet you, get a sense of your personality and know you're not a weirdo. No gotcha personality assessments or flash games. Just a conversation with pilots talking about pilot things.

If you don't hired, will you kick yourself for not spending $500?
