I’ve read a few of the recent feedbacks from aviationinterviews.com. Some of the feedback claimed that a few interview groups had only 4 out of 7 or 3 out of 7 here and there not given CJO’s. But who knows.

If yes, you don't need prep.
If no, then get some prep, but don't overdo it or you'll come across as insincere.

No they didnt. I got an email on Tuesday afternoon congratulating me and on Wednesday the onboarding docs starting showing up in my email. I don’t think they could tell you even if they wanted to. Would open them up to potential liability.

Do they actually give people a HARD NO at the interview, or is it CJO on spot vs review board. I’ve had some curious career moves that I tried to explain logically. Felt the rest of interview went well. NO accidents, violations, major failures, no real black marks. How often to folks that go to review board get the NO?
