Quote: Alaska will always be able to attract pilots who don't want to leave the PNW, and those pilots will always be willing to work at a discount to stay at their little 737 fleeted regional airline in the PNW. Those are the kind of guys who don't want to risk getting stuck with an ATL, JFK, DTW base for even a few months or have to go to training in ATL.
Seems to me those priorities work for some people. If they don’t work for you then don’t choose Alaska…

The well of Alaska homers is running dry. That's the problem.

I still don't see this TA making the necessary improvements after all the other legacy carriers have their contracts finished. It just brings it up to the standard that was 2015. Just my perspective and experience.
Yup, worth what we paid for it. You moved on, LAA isn’t it like nirvana, your happy, I am glad you are so happy! 🤔 Why are you here again? If your so happy, go live your fabulous life. LAA, and quit trying to give us advice. The thing is, it’s really kinda creepy. If I left a job, moved on, was happy, the last thing I would try to do, is give out advice on their anonymous web board🤭
Dude, don’t sell yourself short, your really handsome too 😉

I’m trying to figure out what everyone is talking about…

I keep reading “Is Alaska a DESALINATION Airline” …

I gotta keep myself entertained 🤪 Carry on…

He is here the same reason I'm here, the airline world is small, the ALPA model is based on airlines pattern bargaining together. What you all do effects the whole industry. Obviously you and your negotiating committee both know this as they specifically named other airlines in your rate match clause.

Great Nant, thanks for interjecting, so glad you are here to help us. So what are your thoughts on our industry leading, and revolutionary new scheduling package. I would love to hear your insight, seems like you are very well informed! Please right back soon, we are eagerly awaiting your perspective. Tell you what, tell us where you work, so when you get a TA, I can come on your board and tell you how to vote maybe knowing just a few highlights and rates👌

By chance are you good friends with “brown easy No?” Sounds like you are as read in on our TA as he is.

Wow. TOTD.

If OTZ was as smart as he thinks he is, he'd know when to talk smack and when to shut up. Clearly he has zero respect among his pilot group, but doesn't let that stop him from chiding everyone.

Bold move Cotton.

Sincerely,
Not an AS pilot. Just an outside observer here for the show.

Quote: Perfect, another creeper with no life. Is this the same pattern behavior you have with all your xgirlfriends after you broke up and found someone better🤔 I think it’s called stalking. I am glad you love your bros so much though!
Just a heads up OTZ, not bashing....but do you hold the same point of view towards all the retired Alaska employees when the get on alaskas world complaining they don't get the 90k mile bonus shouting they built this airline? Always find it funny and point out they have nothing better to do when they come on board and tell everyone about how long they were here and why they don't understand how they still don't receive perks for being retired on the same level as active employees.
