+1 on the Pro Flight…used the A20 on the 73 previously for years and yes it’s quiet….but it’s also designed for GA, so kind of overkill on the 73.
Sat on the Pro Flight, so I used the A20 again for a couple of weeks. Night and day after a long day. Bose fixed and refurbished it for free as well.
Main complaint are things in your ear. Try other Bose earbuds and see if you like them. The Bose Sound Sport for workouts are nice and give you a good feel for their product at only $150. Bose earbuds are different than other brands.
Good for other aircraft as well. If you fly a topless aircraft, you can keep one bud in. Having one ear off on the A20 is lame after awhile.
The Pro Flight is in a league of all its own but it’s still a headset. Honestly with the availability of the A30, I wouldn’t even consider the A20 an option.
