The wide body premium hard prodcut is competitive. It’s the soft product (the customer-facing humans) that makes or breaks it.

I’ve flown UAL and Delta biz class, and they have the same issue. All depends on the FAs you get.

100% agreed. When we start treating our customers as well as some of our competitors do on average, premium revenue will follow. But unfortunately some people here continue to put the customer last. I don't know if it's resignation or laziness, but taking care of customers should be a priority.

I want that fat profit sharing check too, it takes a village.

Has 787 taken up the slack or are they still down on total destinations? I know the 767 had some great places as well such as Prague, Zurich, Dubrovnik, Budapest and we were supposed to add Morocco but covid happened.
