If you were wanting flight time I suppose that's a terrible situation. But if you were stuck on reserve and getting paid to sit at home and didnt care about hours i guess this not so bad. Or do I have that wrong?

It really depends on the individual. Some may want to fly and if they do, they will leave. Otherwise they will stay. But there is some money lost for not flying.

When are the Van pilots getting raises? I heard it’s suppose to go up by 12k..?

I think 1st year right now is 50k. I might be wrong. I haven’t heard of anything pay raise related for the Van.
