I see you've already had your chops busted about spelling (coming from a guy that could use a lesson or two in punctuation
), so I'll let that one slide.
As I see it, you've got conflicting goals. You want a way to get turbine PIC, but you also want to leave a job because of cummuting. Unless the perfect turbine PIC job is there in your home, you're going to need to commute anyway. The question I have is this: What are you willing to do to get the turbine PIC?
Have you considered one of the lower or middle tier freight outifts? CAT? Gemini? Atlas/Polar? etc.? Have you considered a regional outfit that operates RJs? I don't have specific, current information on any of the above, but I have spoken with people that recount personal experiences of fast upgrades. If there's a path to a faster upgrade at one of those than is available in the company where you are currently, are you willing to make the jump?
Have you looked into corporate? How about fractionals?
I realize I've asked more questions than I've answered. My point is, if you're REALLY set on getting the turbine PIC, don't close any doors, and don't skip any while you're knocking. For more ideas of places to hunt, you might find some help on Clear-and-a-million.com.
Good luck! (Oh, and for FedEx, it's only Turbine PIC - - multi is only required if it's turboprop.)
