I don't have current information on any of them, but I'd advise you (hey, there's advise ) to look for a crummy company that is losing its best people to companies that you want to work for. As I see it, there's two ways to get from the right seat to the left seat. One, work for a company that will grow you there. Second, work for a company where the senior guys are leaving for greener pastures. Not so many of the first kind, and the second kind implies that it's gonna be a lousy job. Otherwise, the senior guys would be stickin' around, right? So, if the the turbine PIC is worth suffering through a lousy job, you've found your career path.

Talk to guys that are getting hired where you want to work - - ask them how THEY got the turbine PIC. Look under every tree, shake every bush. Be ruthless in your search. I can guarantee that the perfect job will NOT drop into your lap while you're watching TV one afternoon.

Good luck

Well, since we’re talking grammar, here are a few of my favorites:

Where do you work AT? (AT is a preposition...you don't end a sentence with a preposition).

Do you have ALOT of time in jets? (ALOT is NOT a word...it’s two words...A LOT).

Do YOU ALL have any advice? (Maybe someone can let our Commander in Chief and the rest of Texas know that the plural of you is YOU).

Okay, I’ve had a few tonight…but I’ve got a few things off my chest too

You sound just like my parents when I was growing up . That's a good thing though.

That's just dead wrong - - the plural of you is y'all.

How come Continental is not on your list of airlines you want to work for?
