Updates
Hey,
First of all thank you guys for the hardwork keeping everything up to date. It makes the unlikely job hunts easier.
One thing I did want to ask you, was if there is a way to look for the airlines that have been updated without looking through them all? I ask this because some times I don't have time to read all the new threads but would like to quickly look at any updates to the airlines. Thanks again great site.

Thanks for the kind words, XtremeF150.

As for your suggestion, we'll look into doing something like that.

Funny how all those carriers are hiring, eh, John?

PS I really enjoyed reading all those books you wrote...

Yes, and it will be interesting to see how year to year these Top 5 change...

I agree strongly with Xtreme's comments.
- APC is an awesome site and you guys do a great job with this info.
- It would be nice to be able to see which airlines were recently updated.

As for the most popular sites, I agree, the ones that are hiring, and ones that pay real well (FedEx, UPS, SW, Continental).

Thanks for the kind words, and the constructive criticism is always welcome!

As the "other half" of APC, this year has really gone by quickly. John has done a fantastic job of cultivating industry relationships and minding the updates. I've been busy building site infrastructure and correcting the daily technical snags that fortunately never see the light of day. March 16th marks our 1st year online (happy birthday to us!) and it's been a kick.

Looking ahead, our goal remains to provide timely and accurate airline information that may not be available elsewhere...and offer it for free! As the site moves into year two we expect to offer even more.

As for your comment, our updates are "near real time" so the airline content is as good as we get. Many pilots at the airlines that we list have taken ownership of the information and tend to keep us honest. If we publish stale or incorrect info, we usually hear about it in a big way.

My point being we hope you won't need a list as we strive to ALWAYS have current data. The site is updated daily. Still, I'll look at ways to sort by last update or flag "new" content.

As always - thanks for your support.

Great job with the site fellas. The airline pages are updated frequently, and the fourm has proven to be a great resource and full of lively debate. While it gets heated from time to time, I appreciate the generally professional attitude of the majority of people here.

A couple suggestions: Stick an "I'm about to enter college and want to go to flight school" thread and a "What do people think of flight school X?" thread in the training board. 80% of the new threads in there deal with that.

My only other question would be on the possibility of adding some sort of link to current industry news, both airline and other industry news. We all know how dynamic things are and this could be a valuable tool in debunking some of the scuttlebutt that the internet generates.

Great job
I agree with all the other post. APC and those who participate have really given me a first hand look at the aviation industry from a pilot's point of view; an education that no classroom could have or can ever give me. The feedback I've gotten is priceless.

Continue to do the great job you guys are doing.

Blue skies.
