I saw a previous post that talked briefly about benefits, but I have a more detailed question. My wife has permenant disabilities that require lots of specialist doctors and medications. I am currently covered by the military system, but that will soon change as I plan to get out (and hopefully start with NJ).
1-With this prior medical need, how much would she be covered by company benefits?
2-What kind of copayments are there?
3-If hired, would I be able to negotiate a better medical plan, in lieu of salary, for example?
