"When United Airlines broke Dave Carroll's $3500 Taylor guitar in the the spring of 2008, he contacted them to ask for compensation. After all, he and other passengers watched from the plane as United baggage handlers actually threw his guitar around on the tarmac. United said they wouldn't pay for the damages, so Carroll wrote this catchy song about how much United sucks. We think it should go in United's next ad campaign."

Sad that UAL can inspire someone to expend that much effort and creativity to trash them.

The other day we had an amp and guitar come off of an F9 flight. The guitar was all padded, but the amp was just put in a clear trash bag and checked in. There was no padding what so ever.

People these days.

If you travel, buy a Rainsong carbon fiber guitar. Just got mine.

Asked the distributor about a case, since it ships in a gig bag. He said, and I quote, "just bolt a handle to the thing."
