From personal experience, do not go to American Flyers. I was just in one of their CFI academies. They advertise a 85% pass rate, the reality is more like 40%.
Additionally the guy that signed us off, didn't even have a valid CFI certificate to sign people off for initial CFI. After a couple of people had taken their initial CFI check rides, the FSDO called the flight school and let them know of this.
American Flyers seems to be focused primarily on the monthly billing of students.
