Congrats to Capt JD, ANC 747 Capt who turned 65 this week and is retiring. He had been on property since 1987, which predates the airline. Thanks for helping make this a great place to work. Next up is not until June.

Just flew with a guy that turns 60 in five months. He is hanging it up then.

Buy that man a case of PBR.

They all say this,,,betcha a buck he's still on the property in a year.

That bet is almost as safe as investing short in a stock that a pilot recommends.

You mean Captains complaining ? Won't hold the left seat at Brown until after 60 at this rate ...

So I got that going for me ... which is nice.

Flew with 2 guys last year that said they were stepping out at 60, one was an FO. Both did. I talk with one often and he can't get the grin off his face. He tells all his friends how happy he is too.

I am going to work until 6/25/2030...I want that 40 year pin before I say goodbye..
