With those stats you are likely qualified for varsity level if you have a degree and no other show stoppers on your record. The reasons to wait are well documented on this thread.

Unfortunately "progress" and Atlas don't belong in the same sentence. I lost count of how many F/O's I've flown with who regret leaving their RJ Capt. spot to come sit right seat for less money, more work, and twice the headaches.

No degree(In progress) and not a DUI but a significant driving record event(read arrest for speeding).

Other than money, flying another type will feel like progression, maybe I am naive for thinking that way but multiple type ratings do increase your points on certain apps.

I recently jumpseated on Allegiant. The Capt said they they are having problems with pilot recruitment because their contract is sub-standard. When they recently got their new contract, they were doing well with hiring. But, now, many airlines have way better contracts, so they hiring situation is back to being a problem.

I've now lost nearly 200k in wages since coming to AAWW- it's frustrating and I am somewhat regretful

Go to Connie if you can, I'm alumni and loved my time there 2011-14, it's better now with the new CBA, pretty quick upgrades too, and same pay on the 76, and 74 . Godspeed : )
