Quote: I am almost certain that you are wrong about this. I’m pretty sure that First year pay is now $92/hr for all fleets.
You may be right. That is what I understood from the union communication, but I may be wrong.

This is what worries me, i feel i need to know what i am getting into. Is it 92 or 117. I've seen 117 up until today. And all of the sudden 25$ less an hour.

We agreed to go $92/hr for all fleets. Those pilots who were already hired before the agreement were grandfathered in and maintained their $117/hr.

All fleets start at $92/hr. You receive minimum monthly guarantee starting in day 1 as a new hire. The pay scales on the APC profile are accurate.

So what is the 117 on page 22 of the contract?

That was the original award from the arbitrator. Subsequent to that award, we came to an agreement with the company on several items. Namely, there is no longer the $1,600/mo training pay. We now have LTD to age 65 (as opposed to for only two years), and our retirement increased from a 6% match to a 10% match with a 2% DC.

That’s the grandfathered 1st year pay rate for us 2021 hires.

Quote: $117 is first year pay for the 74. $92 is training pay. After you get done with OE, pay would go up to $117 if you got the 74.
This is incorrect. All pilots hired after the agreement will be $92/hr for the first year regardless of fleet. All on property prior to the agreement will remain at old rates. If they are still in training, they will go up to $92/hr until finished with OE, then up to the old rate for their fleet(but not lower than 92 if in the 737/767).

This was a zero(or near zero) cost agreement for the company but helps with recruitment. The money they save by the new hires being at $92/hr for the first year(instead of the majority being significantly higher) offsets the higher pay during training.

The only thing this portion of the agreement did was help the company recruit.
