I always start "courtesy flushing" when I hear a cell in the library.

....."house keeping!" when I have the Do Not Disturb sign on.

What's the deal with people being uncivil during the holiday season and especially while they are shopping ?

Perhaps they were deadheading, maybe required by the contract?

Email was sent and I even talked to someone from India who had no clue as to what I was talking about. What irritated me was the fact they changed my seat without even the courtesy of asking.

Just received a reply from United that reserved seats are not guaranteed.
