Looking at that hourly does that seem normal? Salary can be good or bad depending on how busy the season is.

What are competitive mins to get hired by one of the companies as a jump pilot? Are the airplanes crewed by two pilots? PIC mins? SIC mins? When does the hiring usually happen during the year? Thanks to anyone who can answer these questions.
