Yes, that's exactly what I want. Although, the "criteria" is almost identical to that of APC's TOS. So really, you're already an expert at that part. The approval part is just there as a safeguard for our Union. It's whatever you want, man, I'm just here to help

Maybe the reason no one uses it is because no one is getting approved. Tried to register twice and still waiting for approval as far as I know.

Agreed, that has been a problem. If you are still having issues, PM me here, I'll get it sorted out for you. And the approval process for posts is going to be much faster now.
