ERJs to cancun was my favorite. Before I left the rumors of VPAA buying sky king and we were going to fly their 737s.

That MSP flying doesn't make sense... Having BIL and the CLE system was too far away from their operations, MSP would be no different, but I guess if Delta is supporting it, who knows... From what I was hearing through the meeting(s) they want to expand through the south, mostly... Turks and Caicos was on the radar, along with flying out of somewhere in Mexico. All rumor until it's on your schedule. Oh, and you can't close all the outstation bases because some of those are EAS routes... soooo... unless someone else buys/flies them............................

MSP is to far away? This is suppose to be a world class airline with "Sterling Service" and we can't manage to operate aircraft 1000-1500 miles away from our original home base? Seriously?

I hope the above bold statement was a typo / lack of proof reading. The statement as written is 100% false...

If I where you Prop I would ask a Mod to delete this entire paragraph, would definitely benefit you...lol...

Close the outstations as a crew base. I'm sure most understood what I meant but for those that didn't.

Sooo... you're saying that all the routes out of BKW, CKB, LWB, AOO, TUP, PIB, etc... are not EAS routes?

He didn't say that at all. You're misreading what both him and I have said.

Propwash, you're silly. Specifically, your understanding of EAS routes is silly. There's no requirement to have crew bases at the outstations.
