Its all wrong though. Silver is Silver. XTJ is just that. And Anywhere Else is the same thing. Why are folks doing so very much to make the regionals a career? Get out there, meet people. You will find that just by commuting and sitting in the jumpseat, Mainline pilots are willing to help. When they sit in your jumpseat, they remember, if they flew regionals, how shi**y it was. You talk and you will be talked to. You respect, and you will be respected. I can't tell you how many guys I knew at SKW that never did jack shi*, and only hurt themselves. They are still at SKW. Those that helped themselves out out and gone...and those are the contacts that I have, and that everyone else has...

I hate to see professionals whine and complain all day and do nothing for themselves. C'mon guys. We help eachother and we move on until we get to where we want and need to be.

 

This is a little uncalled for. He is merely saying that 18 months ago people were warning our pilot group while some stood up for the company and now they are talking smack and leaving. Kind of a diplomatic "I told ya so too bad" kinda thing. No need to question someone's military background over this. That's kinda messed up. He has been far more diplomatic than most.
