It always has and always will be an airline full of rejects. Who else would go there now that the mins are the same as every other regional? Serious question.

But if the stability and commutability of centralized basing is important to you, it may be a reason to switch. As employees flow in and out of the system (including maintenance) like a revolving door and safety becomes a concern, it may be a reason to switch. As airline hiring ramps up and flow throughs become common again, it may be a reason to switch. If jet turbine time is important to you, it may be a reason to switch. If you are looking to make a move to a different coast in the future (or back to a coast), it may be a reason to switch. If you are an FO with only months on the job without any real seniority anyway, it may be a reason to switch.
