Lets post something fun... like... (unrelated to Silver)...Anyone hear about Frontier getting 2 offers to be bought out (dunno by who), and the owner (who is the same one who owns RAH) said no to both, and if one of the offeree's didn't increase their buy price he would "do something drastic around August 1st" .... Now that's some good stuff right thurr... Anyways... back to that picture...

My magic eight ball says: Frontier is about to become a member of the Hulas Kanodia family. A320s will be flown at G7s CR7 rates+$1... by none other than G7 pilots. Of course, they will have to give up their seniority at G7, but who cares! They'll be in the top 10% at the new Frontier!

They can't even handle what they have now, much less new aircraft types and personnel they can't find.

So RAH can't staff them, and you are expecting Silver without the type on the certificate to acquire 30+ airplanes and staff them under your wages. Com'on man, as long as regionals with jets are hiring and pay more the sjs crowd will follow... We have hear many around here say why should I fly a t-prop when I have ATP mins.
