Your truth is not 'the truth.' I have met plenty of male and female pilots who don't deserve their jobs and plenty who do deserve them. Sometimes we all feel as though we don't deserve the responsibility, the money or the respect...but I try my best to deserve it. I don't beat up others or myself over it. But if you choose to do something different, that's your right and privilege; of course it is also my DUTY not to hire people like you.
