Even at $15 a day it you can get free days after X amount of days. 24/7 service and all. Pay $99 a year membership and you save 10%. I'm with EV so I do wonder if we can get Inc. discount at SFO.
Park SFO: It is a steep $15.00 a day & even a little bit over & you have to pay for a full day. Even with the annual membership & free days, it is still a lot more than what it is worth.
I am in the same boat as the rest of you guys whose airline does not serve SFO or does not have a base here and I have tried to slice it through every possible angle I could; below is a synopsis of the last 6 months..
Park at Bart & take bart to SFO: Takes a very long time, one has to be very precise in purchasing Park & ride for Bart, something which we can not do, working for the Airlines. In the end, the Bart parking plus train ticket to Sfo works about the same as parking at airport.
Park at a friend's house or business near Bart: Works a little cheaper but again, it requires a lot of planning & co-ordination & it is again very time consuming as you first park your car & then figure out a a ride to Bart, wait for the train, then Bart is not very fast.
Other cheaper San Bruno off site parking spots, service is too un-Reliable. Many time one ends up waiting for a long time for either the shuttle or other passengers to fill up.
Then, I have found this site, it uses various hotels as a pre-paid guaranteed parking spot & Hotel shuttle to their lot. Not exactly as cheap as the monthly pass but it is a valid option.

I am not promoting this site at all, just that it seems to work a little cheaper.
Also, some times I just get a ride to one of the Bart stations & don't park at all. When I land back from my trip, I usually have 2-3 days off, so I also look at the car rentals prices, it is many times cheaper to rent a car for 2 or 3 days & drop it at the airport when I leave back for my next 4-5 day trip.
Also, since the company pays only $40 or $45 each month, the extra money you spend for parking or car rentals, will go towards Un-reimbursed employee expenses of your tax return & act as a write off. Talk to your CPA or accountant about it.
