CP told me the first year pay for FO is 25 per hr, 75 hr month min. Plus 1.50 per flight hour retention bonus every year. Min 13 days off per month
Sounds like a great company from what I have been told by pilots that have flown there.

I heard, they are actively seeking to fill two more classes with first officers.

I think there's at least one twotter class and one Saab class coming up soon, maybe more if either of the fleets keep growing.

Yes the rumor is another class starts in Feb. The current class has 6 total with 5 FOs w one going to seaplane and one street captain. Great place so far, they roll out the red carpet and want you to feel welcome.

What's the class make-up like? Ya know, backgrounds and whatnot..
