Could always go visit for a day or two and shadow a few instructors, see how it is for yourself. US Aviation also has students from America, South America, middle east, and India.

I will second USAA at Denton, i've been instructing here for a couple of months now.. Moved here from Georgia with my wife and kid and we can't complain. There are good elementary schools around, plenty of companies in Denton if your significant other wants to work.
I have not applied for the Eagle thing yet but i'm enjoying instructing here.
Before coming here, TransPac and Aerosim were my other options but after reaching some instructors and reading feedback from the forums I went for USAA and I definitely don't regret it.

How many hours do you average per month there?
How many students do an instructor gets after they are hired and put in the line? and how soon after do you get more students after you finish up your current ones?

It has it's ups and downs like any flight school but mx is good, your schedule is limited to a 10 hour duty day with 12 hours off in between days, and the courses are very structured. I can't pm yet because I just joined this site but can respond when I gain access to pm.

This school has its ups and downs but I can say is this...
Went from 278 hrs when hired to ~2700 total,~ 1400 multi, 950 turbine multi pic, and ~23xx dual in a little over two years.

Not everybody can get that but there is plenty of flying to be had...

Recently there was a guy who started at Transpac, moved to us, Transpac offered him something potentially great, he left and that fell through and now he wants to come back.

what is the likelihood of getting on the "Chinese side" for new hires?
so pretty much an instructor there can fly about 80 hours average per month base on the numbers you gave me.

I'm not on the chinese side but I can tell you that my first month I got around 50 hours of flight time but mostly because I was just starting to get students; now in April I'm calculating around 85-95.. There are plenty of students and they keep coming in.
Just as I was told before applying here: "don't worry about flight time, you'll be very busy and flying a lot". That is true.

Ok... my girlfriend has started the process of the pipeline program. Here's all I know... You'll fly 80-100 hours a month, you're part time for the first few months, then full time after that. Pay is $30k / year before taxes, and you are NOT HIRED BY TRANSPAC... Your hired by American Eagle, and contracted out through TransPac to fly their planes. Your paycheck is from AE, NOT TransPac. You will interview with American Eagle, and once hired by them, then you do another interview with TransPac. Once you pass both of those, then you start standardization. You'll get an American Eagle employee ID #, benefits, etc... Once you meet the ATP hour requirements, you send a letter to the AE and TransPac chief pilot saying you're ready to go to AE, they ok, and the AE chief pilot then says "ok. heres your class date, and study packt" and in you go, to groundschool for the CRJ or ERJ... Good luck!

BTW, to the OP, I wouldn't trust a damn thing WX Guru is saying. I have a few friends that worked at TransPac, one currently does, and they all seem to like it. It is what you make of it. From the stories he's been saying, it's a CFI problem, not a student problem. I've been a 5 year CFI, and have a gold seal... I've signed off PLENTY of chinese students, and all of them can speak fine (when I'm done with them), and a few I've sent home and made them buy Rosetta Stone, I'm not kidding. If you care, and actually WANT your students to succeed, then you'll be just fine. If you're burnt out, and are ****ed off you're not in a "crappy regional" yet then you'll make posts like WX Guru.
