Eagle will be shut down in 5-6 years after they stood up to their management so steer clear of that one.

Quote: I third. Please don't go to Republic. Their own pilot group pleads with you to not go. That should speak volumes to you.
Heres the deal- only go to rah if you live in phl dc cmh or pit. DO NOT relocate for these guys. We are so understaffed now that even the line holders are being treated as reserves. My trips are only a suggestion- The last 3 trips have been changed to suit the company. Fatigue and sick calls are thru the roof and there will be no decent contract in the near future. I hold a line and live in base on 2nd yr pay and it is still almost intolerable. I expect it to get worse-not better with BB at the helm. Good luck to all.

Hey guys thanks for the information! I was offered the job but since I don't have 1500 yet I can't work for them yet. HR told me I would get a class the date closer I get to that number. I have my stuff in at Skywest, Express jet and Compass. Still waiting to hear from them.

Does anyone know which regionals (if any) are lowering their minimums to 1000 for the military/college degree guys for the new rule?

Pretty sure all of them will once all the paperwork goes thru for schools to be on the approved FAA list.

Back to the original post. Being that u live in MN I would go checkout Compass. They are suppose to have some flows to Delta so that should drop the upgrade times. But apply everywhere, interview everywhere. Its the shotgun effect. You're a prime candidate with ATP mins and clean record. Dont let them make u feel its the other way around. But you cant base any serious decision without job offers in hand. Best of luck in whatever u decide!

That may be true! Or it may be the first wave in a tsunami of pilots standing up to turn the industry around. Not many left who will give up a decade or more of their life for peanuts. Regionals are not finding staff anymore. 7,000 pilots Eagle,ASA,XJT are saying enough! No more concessions for incompetent, greedy management. Just maybe...
