Felt a little help on the rudder pedal from the Instructor because I sure had never done this recently. The examiner was a FAA 707/720 guy. He came through the area quite a bit and it was no problem to get him scheduled. I think about six of us did this one afternoon on a pattern ride.
I did pretty much the same thing with a former Navy examiner. Since the V-1 cut is prohibited in the 707 now, he didn't have to do it. Unfortunately can't do 6 in a day now. Apparently that is frowned upon due to the amount of time the oral and practical exams should take. He did two in a day. He has done navy and Air Force in squadron aircraft. A great deal!
