Requires expert knowledge of FAA Regulations and expert knowledge of all flight and emergency procedures relevant to operation of GV and C-130 aircraft. Must have skill in management of aviation-related resources and in organizational and administrative processes. I'm unfamiliar with NCAR.
I would have assumed a gov't organization.
It sounds like a standard application except for the *requirement* for a L-382/100 type rating (that is civvie equiv. of C-130 correct?)
