Someone who says they know told me that prospective interviewees are being offered pre-interviews with base CP's. Anyone had that experience?

Is anyone leaving Alaska for Delta. Given the payscales, the Lax and Sea bases, huge indefinate hiring numbers as well obvious global ops...just curious. No flame or disrespect intended.
