Quick PRIA question:
I was hired with Martin Air back last December, but my IFR knowledge wasn't up to their standard so me and the Director of Training agreed I could leave, get more training and re attend another class date. I resigned from Martin Air; I didn't fail any checkride, PC type etc. I finally went back in March, passed the initial checkride without any issues, and I'm now looking to go to a regional.
My question is will the PRIA show that I worked for Martin Air in December for 5 days and then resigned?
On my resume and when I go to put job apps out in a few years, would it be acceptable to put March as my hire date and not even bring up the December occurrence?...My flying employment can be accounted for from December to March . There are no gaps.
