I have heard that the FAA has said that as soon as the first MAX shows up we won't be allowed to fly the Classic, NG, and MAX together in one bid group. So theoretically the remaining Classics will be sent to HOU & DAL.
However, with regard to #1 above, if they make the overhead 777-like I doubt that they'd be able to sneak it in under the same type. Who knows, but you're smart for not holding your breathe.
Also heard that the MAX will have crosshair FDs and the NGs will be flipped over to them as well. Don't know, don't care, just bring that effing overhead up to date for crying out loud.
