All I've got to say is Wow.... This new system interface is truly a work of art. Do any of you guys out there have anything at all positive to say that I might be able to hold on to? I think there must be tech guys sitting in their cubicles getting jolly's out of how much unpaid time they can get crewmembers to expend. Seriously? These guys must be playing with themselves laughing nonstop.

Just some of the problems.
-click on any of a number of tabs and it does nothing
-click on same tab that did nothing 3 times but randomly it works
-click on any link and it kicks you out
-try to type a comment but it wont save
-try to submit a dispute to a charge and it does nothing

And the way to report the problems are just as bad.... direction is to submit an ops report... That took 20 min in itself just to report one problem. Why would I waste another 20 opening and closing tabs just to let them know another one isnt working.

So much for thinking that the government had a monopoly on bad websites... This one is easily as bad as the Obamacare rollout.

I was wondering what was wrong with the old webpage.

The POR takes a few minutes to submit. Keep submitting reports them until this is fixed.

Absolutley unsat to roll out the new system with so many issues.

I think I have that old paper form around here somewhere . Want me to send it to ya if I find it ?

I have tried to submit, repost expenses, and completely start over all with no success? I wondered where the Obamacare programmers were going to strike next?

Agreed, this is a f'ing mess. I've tried using safari, google chrome, and internet explorer browsers with very little luck.

About the best interface is the ipad, and it still sucks. Do these guys even test this stuff?

Sent 2 POR's this morning. More to come this afternoon. I can't wait for the new deviation travel web page to come out!

Now that is just peachy! On the 10th they had a message saying all the problems had been fixed! I guess they were mistaken!!! I say we just overwhelm them with POR's until it is really fixed.
