If the west doesn't get a seat the apa is still responsible and must ensure for the wests fair representation.

Supposedly, the company wants to get this done without arbitration. So far, it seems like they're dragging their feet. We'll see. We're going to find out within 30 days with Parker is truthful or not when he says he wants to "restore American to the greatest airline in the world" and "be a place where people want to work" and compensate us like our peers.

I think you mistaken the fact that the west recognizes the positive differences between the APA and USAPA.

Any union is better then the Scabs of USAPA.

The 2005 west hire was only put on par with a "furloughed at time of merger east pilot"....wouldn't expect the same here. Not many people would. ONLY a disgruntled easthole or a disillusion "Stephanie Knuckles" type 3rd lister would go on like you do. Which are you again??

USAPA didn't impose a list, they just didn't use that BS NIC list.
