These are numbers going forward. But for 90 New Hires the Last 8 years is just depressing. With Hundreds retiring the same time frame. So we avg. 10 Hires a year? And please show me the numbers. I don't see 75 a year retiring mandatory the next 10 years. And even if it's true, are these numbers suppose to make up for the last 10? 10 years is 1/3rd of a Career!
And where is the MD replacement? This is why KLM retired it, no parts.
Boeing has said they will not support the MD after 2018. That's three years away. But Zero Orders. You do the math.
