Quote: I was at WU for exactly one year, long enough to fulfill my agreement. I left for NetJets as soon as I could. NetJets and WU are not even remotely in the same league.
Bingo. NetJets isn't the same NetJets that it was 15 years ago (in lots of ways). The biggest, is that it isn't a revolving door to come in, get time, and get out. You really have to come here with the mindset that you will leave as an FO to a major, or you will stay for the long haul. If your agenda doesn't have those two ideas in mind, NetJets isn't for you. Wheels Up charges NetJets prices, but offers a diluted product. The company will have to do some series changes to be a long term player in the game. That being said. If you want to go somewhere and get PIC jet time, make some decent money, then leave, that is your best bet.

The fact that someone is asking that question says a lot about how far we have fallen at NJ.

The same things were said in 2005, then 07 came. My apps are out too, but I'm fighting as hard as I can to get as much as I want here in case they don't call.

No harm done in keeping your apps current with the better airlines out there... Uncle Warren needs to understand that his pilots at Netjets have OTHER OPTIONS.... If Delta or American call, time to say adios............. I hear JB and Spirit are hiring like crazy too and their upgrade times are faster.

Thank you for the history lesson Mr. Newhire. Different reason this time around. I'm sorry to come off like a Richard but we can't save the company from itself. A new wont fix what's broken.
