I trained with them and have some friends that work for the 4th TS. The pilots and WSOs are regulars in the 2 B-course units. However, since they are right next to two operational squadrons, I have known many a reservist who gets CMR quickly to go out the door and do God's work. I woud do it if I could.

A guy in my office flew the A-10 at the CT ANG-he said it was pretty normal to have four-ship in Iraq with 8,000+ hours of A-10 experience. And one or two grey patch wearers, too. Awesome.
