I think I am too. Not the most user friendly system ever created. Is there a limit as to how many we can sign up for? I signed up for 3 on the first day...what did you do?

4 on day one. UA/DL/AA/SWA. Knock it all out by early afternoon and head home.

Did your column have any red squares in the times you picked? Or was it all white?

This system is awful and their instructions aren't complete.

I did some testing and I was able to successfully book an appointment with a recruiter that had no slots available in that time column.

So I don't know if any of my other ones are legit or not.

I only booked in white squares.

Yeah the system is horrible, but it appears to have scheduled for me as well.

I do like the mentality of scheduling times though. Maximize the efficiency of our time.

Can you help me please? I see 'Recruiter 1' for United, for example.

There are columns every ten minutes, and there seem to be 7 or so rows. The first two rows all filled red, then more white shows up as the day goes on or the row numbers get larger.

Does only the first row count for that recruiter? Or does each row allow an appointment slot?

So if all of row 1 is booked up, does that mean I have to go to 'Recruiter 2' to find an open time slot with a white block in the first row??

Yeah so what I did was click on a recruiter, look for a block of time that I wanted, then change the time in the drop down menu to one of the open (white) blocks that I wanted then click next. If the recruiter did not have a time I wanted in white, then I would remove the recruiter by clicking the "X" on the left column and choose another one and try to find one with a suitable time.

The white block of row one (recruiters row one, not your name)?

Or the white block below a dashed white-red block that someone else has?

I'm not sure what is right since I did see two rows of blocks for some of the recruiters but I based it off the top row of the recruiters. Your schedule should be all white except for appointments you already made.

The system is pretty half-assed. Think about what's it's designed for. It's designed for setting up appointments with individuals. It was not designed for what it's used now. You have your availability which is the top line and the availability and then you have the recruiter's availability which is the line below. I don't know what the third line of availability is when you have a recruiter selected.
