Again, why would anyone go to SkyWest with the contract that Endeavor just signed?
Contract, as in legally binding language and protected provisions for both parties?
But to the original poster, if you have the barest minimums, you're on.
There is no "no thank you" from the SkyWest hiring dept.

Money isn’t the most important variable for many pilots. There are many pilots here including myself who are happy at SkyWest.

You’re either a lifer or fly the 175 on the West Coast and don’t know what the heck is going on out east. Moral is low and people (CAs and FOs) are not happy.

Neither of those assumptions are true and while I don’t doubt the frustrations among many pilots, I’ve found that at least 50% of the guys/gals I fly with are still at least content here.

Any skywest pilots willing to discuss by phone there experience. Would love to talk to a few people. If so, shoot me an email at [email protected]
Thanks
Kyle.
BTW. I am a career changer. 49 years old with a 27 year career in engineering and sick of it. I just want to fly and can handle the pay cut that is coming.
Thanks
Kyle.

I now regret my decision.
