It actually depends. If the bonus is included with regular pay, it is withheld at whatever rate you set. If it is in it's own check, it is withheld at the flat 25%.

I thought that these "You pay us $15000 to sit in the right seat and turn radio knobs" places had been run out of town a few years ago.

Default Eagle Jet International & SkyWest Partnership

This is not good! I know Eagle Jet International has a long standing relationship with Ameriflight. But to pay bonuses & Tuition assistant to someone to sit right seat like the Korean guys do out of pocket with Eagle Jet International before going back to Asia (Asiana, Korean Air, etc) to apply for a job...

B99, BE1900, SA227, EMB-120 box carrying 135 operations. It will take those folks a long long time to get to 1500hrs. They will build time much faster instructing. So I’m wondering WHY?

Can’t believe SKYWEST is resurrecting Pay To Play. That is essentially what this is. Tuition Reimbursement to Eagle Jet International. Ameriflight & other cargo feeders gets a free body in the right seat. FAA just approved a SIC professional Pilot Development Program. SKYWEST decides to “capitalize” it...

Good job Student Government at Skywest. Y’all are really holding the torch high for our industry (SARCASM)
