And there’s the problem. This guy right here, and many more like him. The attitude of it you don’t like it, move on, rather than sticking up for yourself and stop getting treated like uneducated help. Sad to say, but Skywest pilots deserve the low pay and lack of respect among peers they now get.

Well, maybe the truth hurts? People over use that phrase, get your time in and move on. Like it’s really easy, 1000 pic and I’ll be outa here. That’s not the case for many. But it is a good goal. Plus, what’s wrong with leaving it better for those that follow you? It’s not looking like the music will stop, but what if it does?

Nice come back jacka$$. But as the guy above said, the truth hurts. As more and more Skywest pilots move on and spread the word about just how messed up the whole SAPA pay for leadership racket is, the further down the totem pole you move in terms of respect and credibility. There’s not much left.
