Any word if a commuter hotel policy is in the near future?

Nothing is in the near future. Some previously agreed to enhancements have in fact been shelved. There is no shortage of pilots.

If there is it's probably sitting on TTG's desk until the second coming of Christ.

You mean Moroni?

Just remember that all these QoL issues will be addressed outside the TA.

Excuse my ignorance, but why is that?

when SAPA was doing the hard sell on TA2 they told us "this is a pay package, QOL items will be addressed outside of this." we had enough people believe them and got our raise. since then they have increased healthcare costs (i believe 9% just last year) and changed how we get paid so we get less credit per leg. oh and not a single QOL item that i am aware of has passed since the TA. (but if you were expecting different you were being naive)

this is quite misleading. the whole thing with RTG's without wheel movement was pretty dumb, but they haven't *changed* anything on a regular leg-to-leg basis.

the PPM has always been vague on this anyways. i'm afraid of the day when they actually do decide to stop paying us at brake drop.

The flight crew premiums increased disproportionately compared to the ground employees, I wonder why, maybe they get sick more?
